Booking form
To check availability and prices, our server sends travel dates and the number of guests to Smoobu. Your name, email, phone number, address and any message are sent to Smoobu for booking management only when you make a binding booking. A technically necessary session cookie secures the process. To prevent duplicate bookings, the server stores technical transaction identifiers, booking status and booking reference; the email address and travel dates are stored only as a combined hash for this purpose. Gift orders and PayPal
To process gift-material orders, we use your name, delivery address, email address and optional personal message. When you start the PayPal payment, the order and these details are stored on our server. We send PayPal the amount, order reference and delivery address. Your personal message stays with us. The order is created and the PayPal website opens only when you select “Continue to PayPal”; PayPal also processes technical connection data there. Payment status and payment references are stored to match the payment to the order and arrange dispatch. You enter your payment details directly with PayPal; we do not receive bank or credit card details. We use a technically necessary session cookie to securely associate you with your order. This processing is for the fulfilment of your order.
